Welcome to blueberrymom.com! I'm Carol Shen, founder of CSC Learning Design LLC, blogger, mom of two. Home is in the Washington DC region, with my roots based in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

I started this blog because I love to share the goodness from what I've learned - such as leadership and life experiences, perspectives and lessons from advising global clients on people strategy, and wisdom from friends and family. Blogging gives me the privilege of sharing these bits of life goodness with you.
